Cons: This is a typical chain hotel, nothing outstanding. I was disappointed though that they didn't offer services such as helping to coordinate a driver to take us to Inhotim. Every other hotel / pousada we have stayed at in Brazil in the last 2 years has always offered this basic service. Also, I would avoid the breakfast; pretty sure this is where I got food poisoning.

Cons: The room is really old, the bed was so soft and in bad shape that the needed to turn the matress! The airco makes a terrible noise and you can hear noise from the other rooms everywhere! The pool is ok but there is a construction next door therefore the noise is terrible all day long! You cannot relax one minute in this place! Even during breakfast they have the tv on very hard! I would never be back and would never recomend this place!

Cons: A pipe broke somewhere in the hotel and when i woke up at 04:00 am, the floor had a considerable layer of water. I had to change the room. The hotel 3 days separately (2+1) to my visa, instead of all together. This means extra conversion and visa chargers for people outside of Brazil. Not a happy stay.

Cons: Almost no amenities!! AND!! There was very little toilet paper in the room when we arrived. We used it all and called for more when they told us that we had to go to reception to GET IT. I've traveled extensively and never had this experience. I would not stay here again and feel we overpaid for what we got.

Cons: The check in process was very slow and they tried to charge was more money for the stay both at the check in and check out. There is a step up into the bathroom that is dangerous. The room window was very dirty on the outside.

Pros: I have rated this hotel before and always liked it as a hotel of choice staying in the center of Belo Horizonte. The staff have always been friendly and helpful with a couple who speak English. The breakfast has enough variety to satisfy my tastes. And there are restaurants in the area but not all are the good so look around for buffets away from the hotel area.

Cons: The WIFI kept going on and off so frustrating when wanting to use it. I do not depend on it so much, but for somebody who does, it can be a problem.

Cons: Reception gave me a wrong information about breakfast starting time. Safe box doesn't work (locked, I asked to repair but no help was provide) Most unsatisfactory point was that no cup in the room, I asked it but no help to prepare the cup glass. I needed to buy it. That is the first rime for me. No cup is prepared in the room.

Pros: The staff were helpful & friendly when we checked in & made allowances for our limited (very) Portuguese. We were given a choice & opted for a room on a high floor which had great views. Wifi mostly worked well. The hotel is in a nice neighbourhood & has a cheap supermarket just around the corner. Good value for this standard of accommodation.

Cons: The area is very noisy until very late and poor soundproofing will not guarantee a good sleep. Internet does not work in the room. The shower was at best tepid at night and without hot water in the morning.
