Clean room with nice view (10th floor). Good bathroom. Very clean. Friendly and helpful crew. Good cafe da manhã but coffee was poor (very weak), various natural fruit juices. 5 minutes walk from railway station on a quiet street and in walkable distance to Rodoviario.
Rather noisy due to traffic. Rooms facing the backside on a quiet street are much more quiet.

Location, Breakfast
Reception gave me a wrong information about breakfast starting time. Safe box doesn't work (locked, I asked to repair but no help was provide) Most unsatisfactory point was that no cup in the room, I asked it but no help to prepare the cup glass. I needed to buy it. That is the first rime for me. No cup is prepared in the room.

The staff was helpful and friendly despite lack of knowledge of English or any other language besides Portuguese. Breakfast is quite ok.
The environment is extremely noisy (traffic, bars, ...) which even hinders on the highest floors. The rooms are equipped with old furniture, old dirty carpets, ... Needs an extensive restauration. Airconditioning is very noisy.
