Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location and overall cleanliness, with several highlighting the comfort of the rooms and attentive staff. However, many express dissatisfaction with the high cost and lack of clarity regarding extra charges for breakfast and parking, as well as issues with value for money. Service at the front desk and communication are also frequently criticized, along with some complaints about noise and maintenance in rooms. Overall, while the location and cleanliness are strong positives, improvements are needed in service, pricing transparency, and amenities.

Pros (+) Location was great.
Cons (-) This is a typical chain hotel, nothing outstanding. I was disappointed though that they didn't offer services such as helping to coordinate a driver to take us to Inhotim. Every other hotel / pousada we have stayed at in Brazil in the last 2 years has always offered this basic service. Also, I would avoid the breakfast; pretty sure this is where I got food poisoning.
