Pros (+) Newly renovated bathrooms are far more functional. Staff is friendly. Parking and a brekkie included. Price for what one gets is better than many in area.
Cons (-) Rough parking lot full of potholes, and used by locals as a thorough-fare. Not yet updated parts are showing age.
