This location is old bit the up keep is lack luster. The window in my daughter's room was leaking. The staff said there was nothing they could do except to move her. The ceilings through out the facility had multiple leaks. Outdoor stair cases where dilapidated and crumbling. No sign to stay off stair well even though gate was pad locked. Pros (+) The food was good. We had the stewed chicken at the calypso bay restaurant. was nice and spicy just like we eat it at home.
Cons (-) Did not like that there is no beach to swim, just a pool, the deserts was not so good either.

Pros (+) It was a nice clean hotel, good resturant, friendly staff. It is a safe place to stay.
Cons (-) When we drove up there was a guard with an assault rifle standing across from the door. The hotel is not near anything.

Pros (+) Just minor things that is irritating. No plug for tub. Refrigerator had to be replaced. TV reception was poor.

Pros (+) I did not stay here due to some bad ratings. I cancelled this reservation within Joe's of making it and they tried to keep $145 of my money. They sent me an email stating I needed to cancel the day before I made the reservation. contact my credit card to dispute that $145. Something is definitely wrong there.
