Pros: Staff were very friendly and ready to help over and above their call of duty. Food was excellent and quantity of food was more than enough.

Pros: A very traditional eastern European feel, and it is very centrally located in Belgrade - easy access to everything.

Pros: Everything. The staff were courteous, friendly, extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. The breakfast choice was very good and in my opinion, catered to all tastes. I was allocated one of the re-furbished rooms which was warm and very comfortable and had a view towards the Sava River. The location was in walking distance of an excellent pedestrian mall lined with boutique shops. A short taxi ride takes you to Usce shopping center which is clean and modern. Cheaper shops are to be found in sidestreets and all are well stocked. Although only spending 4 days in the hotel, I felt a twinge of sadness at having to continue on my journey as I had immensely enjoyed my stay.

Pros: My room had been refurbished to a high standard so I appreciated this comfort.

Pros: Room was good, building very interesting. The bed was extremely comfortable. Wireless internet the fastest we have experienced anywhere.

Pros: Great location in the centre of the town. A bit run-down but very quaint and endearing, with beautiful stained glass windows and murals. Free wireless internet a bonus. Breakfast was perfectly fine. Staff tended to be a bit brusque but I suspect this is partly the Serbian way - they were always responsive to my requests however. I would be happy to stay there again

Pros: The hotel was elegant without being stuffy. Lots of light and open spaces in the public area. It has a nice park behind it giving easy access to walking/running path. The room I got upgraded to due to my status was spacious, comfortable, and modern. The location was not in the middle of the heart of the city but pretty much walkable if needed. The hotel WAS very close to the Tesla museum and some cool restaurants and bars. The views towards the park made it pretty quiet. Windows were openable which was nice in the evening. The breakfast buffet was excellent; staff at the restaurant could have been a little more "on" (i.e., paying better attention to whether we needed more coffee, etc. since it was not self-serve coffee). The price point was great for the stay. I booked transport to/from the airport and it was very well done (on-time, clean vehicle, safe driving, etc.).

Pros: Location is second to none, right opposite the main Belgrade Railways station, walking distance from the main coach station and city centre (tourist attractions). Didn't go for breakfast (but it was included in the price), however, for that price whatever was served one cannot complain. friendly staff, smooth check in / out. Taxi to the airport arranged by a receptionist (taxi payable by card!!). Would stay again!

Pros: Good hotel - ideal location if arriving by public transport. Location opposite the Railway Station not to everybody's taste, but perfectly safe and good hub for public transport. Large, clean room. Breakfast very adequate. We did not use the parking, but it looked very secure if required. Reception staff very helpful and English speaking

Pros: The hotel is nice very close to the train station, breackfast is good and consistent. Belgrad is a very nice city with a good night life, you can go by foot from the hotel to the city center in about 15-20 min
