Cons: During breakfast the staff is taking the plates away from the table too fast. I still did not finish my last bite, and they already jump and take the plate away. I got up just to take a glass of water, and they cleaned up my table, and took my coffie away. I felt like they just wanted me eat what I can in 2 minutes and gow away. Other than that the breakfast coice is very good.

Pros: The hotel was elegant without being stuffy. Lots of light and open spaces in the public area. It has a nice park behind it giving easy access to walking/running path. The room I got upgraded to due to my status was spacious, comfortable, and modern. The location was not in the middle of the heart of the city but pretty much walkable if needed. The hotel WAS very close to the Tesla museum and some cool restaurants and bars. The views towards the park made it pretty quiet. Windows were openable which was nice in the evening. The breakfast buffet was excellent; staff at the restaurant could have been a little more "on" (i.e., paying better attention to whether we needed more coffee, etc. since it was not self-serve coffee). The price point was great for the stay. I booked transport to/from the airport and it was very well done (on-time, clean vehicle, safe driving, etc.).

Cons: While the bar area had a smoking and non-smoking section, the division between the two really made the smoke smellable in the non-smoking section. Cons: Not really a 5 star hotel, I will give a good 3 star or poor 4 star. I did not receive my BONVOY membership nights. No coffe available, coffe machine was dirty, electrical socket next to coffe machine was damaged, soap and shower gel holder in the shower was damaged, iron board received was damaged and was damaging my cloth during the ironing, no drinking glasses. Scale with no batteries. Room service price list not really updated, like burger cost 60 Euro as per room price list but on the end is 15 euro. Hotel transport to airport was great but one price given at 07:30 and almost double price given 30 min later. Room was very small and overcrowded with some unnecessary sofa.

Cons: My partner went to the hotel restaurant for a meal the night we arrived. It was not any different to a normal choice, main, and desert, with some wine, and it came to $158 - for one person ???. We went to a local restaurant days later, it averaged less than $10 per person (including drinks) and we couldn't eat it all... DO NOT go to the hotel Restaurant

Cons: Really dark rooms, bit dusty. Restaurant on the roof was awful value for money, staff there was excellent though, as well as the guys from the reception and the valleys. Managing staff that was responsible for the parking on the other hand was only interested in making your stay uncomfortable.

Cons: When I arrived, the window of my room was open, and it was around 10 C in the room. Heating equipment on the wall didn't work. The air-conditioning could heat, but it took hours to get some enjoyable temperature. And it was noisy. The wardrobes didn't have shelves, so I couldn't unpack my baggage. The bed was uncomfortable.

Pros: The location was very good - just five minutes to the bus station, from where you can travel to many places in Serbia. The hotel and the bus station however is divided by a large road - busy with cars, trams and buses, etc, so take care crossing. I didn't notice any dining facilities in the hotel itself, but just two doors down is a decent restaurant, where guests of the hotel receive a one-time discount. The staff were courteous and efficient enough, and the room was clean, comfortable and spacious.

Pros: Location is second to none, right opposite the main Belgrade Railways station, walking distance from the main coach station and city centre (tourist attractions).
Didn't go for breakfast (but it was included in the price), however, for that price whatever was served one cannot complain.
friendly staff, smooth check in / out. Taxi to the airport arranged by a receptionist (taxi payable by card!!).

Cons: Level of accommodation and set up is not for a 4 star hotel in central Belgrade. The construction activity next to hotel practically makes anyone using the hotel parking to go via a sidewalk and makes it quite a trip to find the place and park. Notice for this should be sent in advance to anyone who has reserved a parking place.

The hotel and the bus station however is divided by a large road - busy with cars, trams and buses, etc, so take care crossing. Cons: While the close proximity to the bus station and local transport was convenient, it's bit of a walk from the hotel to most of Belgrade's sights.

Cons: Considering the price I paid, there is nothing I could complain about. Location was amazing, the quality of the room satisfactory, staff helpful. Nothing for this section. This hotel is highly recommended. Do not hesitate because of the price as it is a good place.
