Guests consistently praised the hotel for its exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, as well as its central location, which made exploring the city convenient. The breakfast was frequently described as varied, abundant, and delicious. While many found the rooms comfortable and appreciated the cleanliness in general, a few reviews noted issues with room cleanliness and outdated decor. Some guests mentioned the lack of an elevator and occasional noise from nearby streets as minor drawbacks, but overall, the positive atmosphere and attentive service stood out.
