Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the river and local attractions, as well as the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness concerns, including dirty rooms, stained linens, and poor maintenance. The breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests finding it satisfactory and others considering it limited or lacking in variety. While some appreciated the room size and amenities, issues with outdated facilities and occasional maintenance problems were also mentioned. Overall, the location and service stood out as positives, but cleanliness and upkeep need improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
