3,3 Mediocre
Pros: The only good thing about this hotel is that it’s in quite place, away from walking street.
Cons: The rooms are very old. The amenities doesn’t suite 5 star hotel. No water bottles at night, ants everywhere. The beds are small not king size as it mentioned (two twin beds just but together). Information in the room about the breakfast is not the same as actual. Burnt food at the pool bar. I would say that this hotel needs a renovation. It’s too old, it’s even smell old. It close to a three star hotel.

Pros: The Hotel Principe Di Savoia was probably the very best hotel and most beautiful property I have ever stayed in my lifetime in every way. The staff was outstanding, the room and bathroom were magnificent, as was the entire hotel. The restaurant food was so creative and excellent that we dined there our last 2 nights. The staff in the restaurant was also so professional and attentive. The fitness center was perfect, and the rooftop garden of flowers were a beauty to behold. It overlooked the old historical buildings that it was shockingly jaw dropping. Every staff member was helpful and pleasant in the service of guests. A beautiful ending to our Italian trip. Loved every moment. Sheila K Los Angeles, Ca

9,6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was so kind and genuinely made me feel home. Stayed at the Principe Suite and highly recommend, specially if you are staying a few days. That suite makes you feel home. I heard it’s just been refurbished and I found it to have the perfect combination between the classic and the modern, offering the practical aspects you need (usb ports and glass top bathroom surfaces) without loosing the essence of the classical experience you expect from such historic property.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was absolutely perfect. Beautiful and luxurious interiors, the room was very nice especially the bathroom! The facilities were great and the location was perfect, walking distance to Brera and the Duomo. We couldn’t have picked a better hotel for our stay in Milano! But the most special thing about this hotel for me were the people working in it. I had a health emergency and the staff came rushing and the general manager accompanied us to the hospital where he stayed with us for over an hour, helped us with the language and made sure we were ok. I will never forget him. You can visit many beautiful hotels in the world but what really makes a difference are the dedicated people working in it, that is what makes you come back. Thank you again Stefano and the team!

Cons: Nothing
4,2 Okay
Pros: The cleanliness of the room and the amenities.
Cons: Old hotel. Old and slow elevator. Still using keys for the rooms which you have to deposit every time you leave the room (and wait until the receptionist be able to speak to you), didn’t know in 2019 they still have single beds in Hotels. Felt like in a jail. Staff very strict. DO NOT let check out after 11am. Totally not cheap. First and last visit in this hotel.
10,0 Excellent

9,6 Excellent
Cons: Very pleasant stay. Quiet room and high quality breakfast. All excellent.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Very easy to reach from central train station and metro. Fantastic breakfast buffet - everything you want and more!Super friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Our double room was pretty tight and too full of mirrored walls, but the bathroom and shower were large, there was a beverage fridge with free waters and sodas AND room to store that leftover pizza slice or two.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and inviting with good lighting, assortments of teas, instant coffee, kettle, mini bar (alcohol-free) and available room service. The room (single) was small, but that is pretty normal for European hotels. Small personal touches from the staff are nice too, such as welcome notes from the housekeeping staff. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and dark at night. The bathroom was very clean, well equipped, and the shower had good water pressure from the rain head. The hotel prepares the room according to your specifications (room temperature preset, type of pillow and bedding you would like, etc. The front desk is staffed 24 hours and all the front desk staff were professional and helpful. I was checking out very early, before breakfast, so they offered me a breakfast box "take-away". I was also able to buy a day pass for the metro directly from the front desk and they gave me advice on where to catch the lines I needed to use. The room also has some old school touches like a stationery set and a note pad available, which I always appreciate, and use!
Cons: There was no view, but in the middle of the city that is to be expected and I do not fault the hotel for that. I had no complaints about this hotel.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Helpful staff. Good value for money. Good location near traon station. Landmarks of Milan easily accessible by subway.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Free full breakfast Happy hour
Cons: Not close to I'll Domo Room very tiny

Pros: Modern. Excellent value for money

Cons: location, parking
7,1 Good
Pros: Modern deco, well located without downtown madness Awesome breakfast
Cons: A spider in my room, big one
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Modern and well furnished hotel. Our room was large like a city apartment (really above the medium). Bathroom was unbelievable: big, clean, confortable for two people, separated WC, shower and bath.
Cons: Parking subject to availability. I asked for a parking spot before my arrival but when I reached the hotel there was not space for my car. I had to park my car at a near private garage for 30€ p/day (I parked my car just for the night!). However, the day after the staff managed to arrange a parking spot for my car.
7,5 Good
Pros: Despite an impressive art collection, delicious breakfast and quirky hotel design, I felt this design hotel is let down by mixed staff interactions and a remote location. While check-in was friendly and courteous we were not provided with any information on the hotel facilities or the location. We later proceeded to go to the bar area to get some snacks and a drink however after sitting at the unattended bar for over 20 minutes decided to abandon this effort as not one member of staff approached us - despite a member of staff looking at us and standing nearby. Only once we got up to leave did the staff member decide to tell us someone would be with us shortly. Before check-out we asked about transport options to Milan airport and received little assistance with this query, a taxi was suggested by the receptionist (with the taxi prices €95 for the journey) and when we queried an alternative his response was vague with no real effort given - we were merely told we might be able to get a train from Cadorna but he was not sure.... our own research found Cadorna the station for the Airport Express train... While we had poor experiences with some members of the staff this was not across the board with a pleasant lady assisting us at the reception after check-out, providing us with access to the Gym area to freshen up before our flight, and the breakfast staff all friendly and attentive. All in all, it is a lovely modern hotel but I would just caution future guests to research the area well to ensure it will meet their expectations.
Cons: Location - Navigli Canal area with restaurants and Nightlife is a 20-minute walk along a canal (I personally would not have walked this at night as the area was a section of this route was quite isolated) Some of the staff seemed very disinterested.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great location in the Jordaan. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean.

Pros: Very cute & cozy property Very easy access from the property for Metro Train station (3-4 min walk), supermarket (almost across the road), ATM (across the road), pharmacy (5 min walk) good food (pizza bar, coffee shop, gelato/dessert shop all 3-5 min away) The hotel and the location is very safe - we were two women alone on the trip and didn’t feel uncomfortable for a second.
Cons: - The location is not in the bustling city center near Duomo, and the area near the hotel becomes very quiet after 6/7, with everything shut down. - Room itself is extremely small for 2 people - like we barely had place to walk it the room with our luggage. - the bathroom has no hooks to hang clothes when changing. - I am not too sure if I liked the staff or not - except the guy who checked us in - the rest had language issues and were a bit snobbish too.

Pros: All
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Only stayed one night. Shared an interconnecting family room with my daughter and her best friend. Rooms were gorgeous (if a little small) and felt very five star for a four star hotel. The location is unbeatable. There is a taxi rank on the doorstep so getting to our destination outside town was no problem. Room service was super efficient. One of the best mini bars I have seen! Delicious coffee from a pod machine.
Cons: The hotel is very dark; endless mirrored corridors and everything brown and bronze, blinds all shut and virtually no natural daylight anywhere. It felt a it claustrophobic and I'm not sure I'd want to stay for longer than a night, especially in the summer months! We arrived at 3.15pm and our rooms were not ready for us and we had to sit in reception for fifteen minutes waiting to be given our key.

7,9 Good
Pros: Hotel staff willing to help with a variety of questions. Clean rooms. Soft pillows, with options to choose from. Breakfast isn’t bougie, but is simple for your needs. Thankfully they had boiled eggs! There is a gym although smaller than pictures, it works for burning a few calories. Great vibe for business users.
Cons: Location, whilst it does have great metro and tram links close by. By the end of the stay we didn’t venture back out at the night so we didn’t have to either walk, travel or spend money on a taxi. Lacked lobby/bar vibes for leisure guests. It was dead in the evenings and it does actually have a nice seating area outside. Missed opportunity? With breakfast it would be nice to have non processed bread as an option.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: A really great Hotel, very central and great staff. Bar for sun downer was also good and they have a great Cocktail list. Rooms very well appointed and comfortable.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location, friendly staff
Cons: Everything was great but room starting to look a little tired. For those that like a firm bed this hotel would siuit
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Design of hotel
Cons: Nice hotel infront of train station
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel close to the station which is exactly what we wanted. The design of the hotel was very nice and the breakfast was the best we’ve had on our trip!
Cons: We could hear the trains quite late and again early in the morning.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The staff is amazingly courteous and extremely helpful which is a rare commodity in Europe. The rooms and furniture is a 5 star standard without hesitation.
Cons: The liquid soap and shampoo quality was not that good. The breakfast was basic. The city itself is a disaster, Milan doesn't worth one day.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location is perfect, just in front of the central station, it is easy to walk around and even go downtown exploring the different neighbourhoods Our room was very nice and clean, bed was comfortable We didn’t have time to used the gym but it great they have one!
Cons: Lack of vegan options for breakfast Because of the location you can hear the noise of the train/metro almost all day but it is not something that affected our sleep
8,0 Excellent
Cons: Very small bathroom
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely contemporary Hotel in a fantastic location directly opposite the central train station . Perfect if you need to travel by train to other cities and walking distance into the historical centre . This Hotel offers efficient services for busy travellers and has an amazing cafe / breakfast buffet serviced by Eataly Food chain . It is my first choice if I am travelling on to other cities .
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is in walking distance to the Central Railway Station which suited our needs for getting to and from Monza F1 Circuit to spectate the Italian F1 Grand Prix.. We also carried out day trips to Venice and Rome using the Red Arrow super fast train service...
Cons: The hotel hosted several seminars during our stay, not a bad thing, but we found there wasn’t enough staff to cope with the greater numbers at evening dinner.. We were left waiting with no one to take our our order. We found this to be unacceptable so we dined at another local restaurant... A loss to Starhotels Echo. On the quieter nights we dined at the Echo we found the food and service to be of a high standard...
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location right next to Central train station, and not far from city centre. Modern, clean, comfortable. Great staff. great value.

Pros: Very nice hotel, in an excellent place, close to Navigli area. Clean room, nice bathroom, excellent breakfast, A welcome drink organized by the hotel was also a nice surprise. I recommend it.
Cons: It is difficult to locate it with the GPS. They need to provide written instructions because the phone information from the reception is not so accurate.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location is great just a few minutes out of Milan central, nice staff and reasonable rooms and rates, offering a fantastic breakfast!
Cons: Liked everything!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location, Overall good Quality, good value for Money
Cons: The welcome "Aperitivo" is cheap stuff, the guys at the reception are not so friendly, but these are peanuts.

Cons: Quite expensive.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staffs are very helpful especially the bartender Great complimentary food & varieties breakfast Great service & very clean Close to the metro station also bars
Cons: Big bed is 2 beds together
6,7 Good
Pros: Good location, great breakfast.
Cons: The receptionist at check in was unhelpful & didn’t give us all the info we needed. For the price the hotel isn’t anything special - we thought it’d be somewhere ‘special’ to stay but it was very mediocre. Comfortable stay but I’m sure for the price we could have stayed somewhere much nicer - wouldn’t recommend.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The entire property has been renovated to modern amenities throughout. Very pleasant and friendly staff, complete breakfast buffet included. It sits adjacent to the Navigli canal area with many restaurants and shops.
Cons: Construction is underway in some areas, but no disturbance to guests.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast buffet was the best here. The staff were super polite and cared for us. The location is only 15 min tram or taxi ride to the main CBD. We prefer to be in this area as it was quieter.
Cons: Could not comment anything about this place as everything was exceptional.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: A comfortable, boutique-style hotel in a great location. The staff were efficient and friendly, and it was great to have the room refreshed and bed made daily. The daily happy hour with buffet snacks was also a great way to relax and the many art works and ceramics on display also made an attractive and interesting change to the usual bland surroundings of hotel chains. The location in the centre of the canal district, with its huge selection of bars and restaurants, is fantastic, and the metro is just a few minutes' walk away.
Cons: The room size is modest but I guess fairly typical of European hotels, though having only one small armchair makes it a bit cramped for a couple.

Cons: The pool hours 3pm-9pm interfered with our tourists schedule. It was not convenient
7,0 Good
Pros: Nice outdoor breakfast in the hotel garden.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The best experience was eating amazingly fresh and a variety of seafood at Ivan & Frank, a nearby restaurant suggested by the concierge. Their service was also flawless. Close proximity to the Metro was convenient.
Cons: Minor issue---the wall light in the entrance hallway was not working. Room was smaller than I expected from web site description, but probably alright as compared to hotels in Europe.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Nothing was wrong. Room was very comfortable and very spacious. Ver close to metro station. Overall great place to stay.
Cons: The pool and spa require additional payments. I think such services should be available to all the hotel guests.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: staff and check in process
Cons: some of restaurant staff
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is great for enjoying the city of Milan. Not only is the hotel clean and beautifully decorated but the staff and the location are an extra plus. There is no way to get lost in the city of Milan with the help of the concierge and the metro station which is right next to the hotel. I enjoyed the sauna and the hot tub which added to the comfortable and relaxing stay at the hotel. Since there aren't a lot of things to do to Milan one euro from the hotel will allow you to see the whole city. THIS PLACE IS WORTH EVERY PENNY. Spend your vacation in luxury.
Cons: I loved everything .
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel, furniture, very friendly staff, clear room and toilet. Delicious breakfast in the nice outdoor garden.
Cons: The location is not that much central, but the metro station is few steps away

9,0 Excellent
Cons: Shower
7,1 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Lack of slippers on very cold floor
6,7 Good
Cons: Room 146 extremely noisy due to constant staff movement up and down the staircase through an emergency fire door located next to the room. This emergency door was kept jammed open to allow such staff movement until very late at night. In addition room located very close to a very noisy bar some of the nights it was impossible to sleep until the early hours of the morning. The emergency exit door should be kept close all the time to improve on the sound proofing. And perhaps relocate the bar to somewhere nearer the restaurant. At over 300 EUR per day room much much too expensive
6,7 Good
Pros: Otherwise, the hotel had the expected amenities. I was happy that there was a wide choice of tv channels. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet, looking out on the courtyard. And they did reimburse me for my first day's breakfast, and staff did try to address my dissatisfaction.
Cons: The hotel is adequate for an average 3 or 4 star, but nothing to write home about. Breakfast was poor the first day (of two). For a dining room with between 75-100 persons, only one coffee machine worked. There were no plates at the buffet and the juice machine offered only a sticky fruit syrup (maybe directions should be in English?....). There were many unbused tables as well. Furthermore, I was not given a new bath towel after the first day's housekeeping of my room. And I had hung up my towel, signalling that I still wanted to use it the next day. It had disappeared! There should be a higher standard for the prices charged. Additionally, two days after I had checked out and departed Milan, I received a message about when I could check out. This caused me confusion with the checkout time of the hotel I was staying at when I received the message, having automatically assumed it was from my current hotel! So, I checked out late there...embarrassing!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable and clean room. Housekeeping replenished all toiletries/coffee provided better than in other hotels we've been to.
Cons: Room and bathroom were a bit dark.
9,1 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean and close to public transportation.
Cons: Although it was great how close to public transportation the hotel was, the entire building was vibrating when a train was approaching the station.
6,3 Good
Pros: Location and basic cleanliness and amenities were fine. Friendly staff at reception.
Cons: Very average breakfast and quality of food! Very crowded at breakfast time. Long lines to get coffee n juice. Staff too busy to catch their attention, most looked unfriendly. Scrambled eggs were a disaster! Drinks at the bar were very poor quality, we had to send it back.
7,9 Good
Pros: Location and sauna. Terrace
Cons: Breakfast service does not include fruits unfortunately
9,1 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was in a great location on the town piazza, walking distance to the train and bus stations, clean, had English speaking television channels, surrounded by great restaurants and shops, and offered a great breakfast.
Cons: The gentleman behind he front desk was not friendly nor helpful. He acted put out with any question we asked. Our tv remote did not work. The woman at the front desk sent someone to fix it and we were able to get an English speaking channel until we turned it off and then it wouldn't wok again.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Central and very clean.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Rumble of metro.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great location only 10 minutes walk from Milano Centrale train station. Room was very clean and comfortable. Great restaurant for an evening meal and drink if traveling alone for business. Brilliant views from rooftop terrace although no staff at the terrace bar area.
Cons: Hotel bar was quite small and very dark - seemed to be a basic extension of the lobby. Had no windows or views out to Milan. Could have made use of the Rooftop terrace as the bar area but no staff were serving at the bar area on the terrace.
