Guests frequently praised the hotel's helpful and friendly staff, highlighting excellent service and positive experiences at check-in and in restaurants. The breakfast was consistently described as very good, with some guests noting vegan options and fresh selections. The pool area and facilities were also appreciated for their quality and ambiance. Many found the location convenient, especially for access to metro stations and local attractions.
