Very good location for transport links and nice staff, who were attentive and very helpful..

As mentioned by others it pretty noisy at night due to single glazed windows and location. Our room faced an office block

THE VIEW

after arriving at the hotel at 12.45am after having 3 flights and a very long day we were told that they didn't have a double room, only 2 single beds. After a minute the guy changed his mind and told us he had found one. The room was 976 room the top floor, furthest away from the lift. we went into the room and got ready for bed as we were only staying 1 night as had an early train journey in the morning. The bathroom had cracked floor tiles and the bath was disgusting and yellow with the white plastic of the bath blistering and peeling off looking. The floor was dirty and under the bed were alot of crumbs. There were clean towels so the room was prepared for using. The shower curtain was really stained and yellowing at bottom. there was rust marks around the overflow in the bath. There was chipped paint around the door as well as hand and dirty fingerprints on the doors. In the morning I spoke to the assistant manager about this room. He just said that I should have said last night to have changed room. I told him that they didn't have anything else according the receptionist the night before. He wouldn't refund any money to us which we paid 93 euros for and it didn't look like anything that the photo of the room which I had booked weeks before. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
