Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel for its exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, high standards of cleanliness, and a variety of thoughtful amenities such as complimentary snacks, s'mores nights, and family-friendly activities. The breakfast offerings were widely appreciated for their quality and variety, though a few guests desired more vegan or less processed options. The location was also highlighted as convenient, with easy access to local attractions and a free shuttle service to downtown. While some minor issues were noted, such as occasional noise, overcharging incidents, or outdated bathrooms, these did not overshadow the overwhelmingly positive experiences reported by most guests.
