Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's pools, especially for families and children, as well as its convenient location near attractions and ski lifts. Many found the rooms spacious and appreciated the warm water in the pools. However, reviews were mixed on service, with some noting friendly staff and others citing indifference or poor management. Cleanliness was a concern in several areas, particularly in rooms and the pool area. Breakfast and food quality received neutral feedback, with some guests satisfied and others disappointed by the variety and taste. Overall, the hotel is seen as family-friendly with excellent pool facilities but could improve in cleanliness, service, and dining.
