Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location near shops, food, and attractions, as well as the unique private pool options available in some rooms. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms, stained towels, and maintenance concerns. Service is also criticized, with some guests reporting unfriendly or dishonest staff. Despite these drawbacks, the location and pool amenities are standout positives for many visitors.
