Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests highlight the hotel's excellent location near public transport, shopping, and dining, making it convenient for exploring Bangkok. Many also appreciate the value for money, especially given the affordable rates. However, several reviews mention issues with service, such as unresponsive staff and problems with booking or check-in. Room size and comfort, particularly the beds, receive some criticism, and there are occasional complaints about cleanliness and maintenance. Overall, the location and price are the main positives, while service and room quality could be improved.
