Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to shopping areas and public transport, making it convenient for exploring the city. However, there are frequent complaints about the quality of service, with staff described as unhelpful or inflexible, and issues with cleanliness, including reports of bugs and poor hygiene. Many guests also mention that the hotel is old and that amenities such as WiFi, lighting, and air conditioning are outdated or malfunctioning. Breakfast options are considered limited or of low quality. Overall, while the location is a major advantage, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and amenities.AI-generated from customer reviews
