Pros (+) The room is starting to look dated, and the laminate flooring is swelling after a water leak from the bathroom, making the main door more difficult to open. We had an issue with our room safe, but this was quickly resolved by the reception staff, I was fortunate to be staying with my Thai partner, so language was not an issue.
