Pros (+) Immediately upon arrival it was clear the staff was terrific and committed to giving excellent customer service. The owners are so nice and helpful, and really made sure that we enjoyed our time in Bangkok and at the hotel. Get a room with a monument view. Absolutely worth it. The view of Wat Arun from our room is stunning. We have two balconies, which is nice. There are chairs and an ash tray, if...
Cons (-) It was a bit difficult for our cab driver to find the hotel. Maybe it would have been easier just to say Wat Pho, and then find the place by sight with the driver, or walk the last little bit yourself. There is no elevator and the stairs are steep. Just something to note if that may be a problem for you.
