The hotel is beautiful, the staff were great, baths are quite nice, pool is good.
The climate control in one of our rooms was a little iffy, but fine in the other. The location is convenient if you wanna go by taxi all the time, but if you’re inclined to walk or take the subway it’s hundreds of meters to anything at all. It’s doable, just kind of a dull walk in the heat. There’s nothing right next to the hotel except an office building and another hotel.
The staff were incredible
The facilities need to move into the 21st century.
We splurged and got a fancy room. My girl and I enjoyed indulging in the nearby park and party strips.
One of the best I've ever stayed at! Amazing service and luxury.
Location was very good . Basic rooms were god value for money and the roof top bar good
I have stayed before an felt the service was not as good . Buffet breakfast was slow and bit sloppy at times . We were in premier suite and lobby high tea was inconsistent . Food was good when came but what we got as in quantity varied . It should be the same each day every day .
