Pros (+) Good location, clean and good breakfast
Cons (-) Impossible to book a taxi in advance, Taxi could take a long time to arrive on the spot. Doormens speaks to drivers to give direction but dont give any price indication or request the taxi driver to put the meter. This is not acceptable for a luxury hotel and supposed to be a must have. I should precise here that we complained to a manager and this didnt change.

Pros (+) Wonderful, absolutely accommodating staff. I exchanged several emails with Farah, the hotel manager prior to my arrival. Very genuine! Also after being stabbed in Hong Kong, they allowed my partner, who made it to Bangkok before me, to check-in and stay the night without the room having been paid for! Incredible. Our 1 bedroom sir was on the 31st floor with fabulous views of the city. Do yourself ...
Cons (-) The hotel conducted a fire drill a couple of times during our stay, the alarms blasting were scary, but at least we had berm given notice prior to the drills.
