It can use some upgrades
There was a tied in the toilet when I got in, it took awhile to get checked in, and some dude in the hallway told us to be on the look out for bed bugs. Did not see any, but it was alarming.
The property stinked,the property was not clean and the linens were old and damaged. The staff was rude.
For the price not much
A number of things I had caution about including: - Bath tub visible stained - screw missing from toilet seat - poor cable tv channel selection - non-working kitchen appliances - electrical outlet connected to the bed - uncomfortable feelings

The smell of the hallway in the non smoking section was extremely high of smoke and the amount of seating for breakfast in the dining area is very limited.

THE LOCATION WAS GREAT FOR WHERE I NEEDED TO BE.
THE STAFF WAS RUDE, I DID NOT CARE FOR THE BULLET PROOF GLASS I HAD TO SPEAK TO THE STAFF THRU, WE ONLY HAD THREE TV STATIONS , AND THERE WAS NO HOT WATER , GM SAID THE BOILER WAS LEAKING. VERY UNACCEPTABLE.
Short trip to downtown. Continental breakfast. Room was large and had basics. Price. Price. Price. It's about the cheapest I could find if you just need a place to hang your hat while in Baltimore. Exactly what I expected, thank you.

This hotel should not even be open. I'ts disgusting. There were a lot of unfortunate people there. Also smelled marijuana in the hotel during the day and at night. Also construction going on. Some parts of the hotel should have been blocked off.
