Needs deep cleaning
Extremely convenient location for visiting family in the are. Front desk staff vey professional and personable.
First full day, housekeeping staff turned off the heat and left sliding glass door open. Room was in the 50s when we returned. We were too tired too desire a change to another room, so simply dealt with it. Next morning, breakfast room ran out of coffee. That was reported to desk at least 3 times. No replenishment of breakfast foods.
Continent to Towson University.
Small room for a family of four adults. Had to ask for extra linen.
