Great location, Hotel is quiet and clean.
Staff were overworked. Mistakes were made with baggage.
They close the restaurant one hour early -- not great.
Building is very attractive, inside and out. Room was spacious, almost a suite, and bathroom was large and very well appointed with good amenities and fluffy bathrobes. The structure makes this hotel nearly soundproof. Beautiful views of the whole city from our windows.
New and clean, now...but not for long...
Staff need training...a lot more training.
The staff greeted us warmly and professionally as we checked in. The lobby area was well outfitted with seating for adults and games for kids and families. The room itself was sophisticated, comfortable and clean. Ours (room 1208) had a great view of the Washington Monument and Baltimore. It truly was a respite from the city.
Not much. Baltimore is made up of a patchwork of neighborhoods. I'd suggest checking with the front desk for tips dealing with the area for food and when is a good time to be out and about.
Discover a downtown Baltimore hotel in one of the city’s oldest and most charming neighborhoods. Amid the grand mansions of Maryland’s 19th-century movers and shakers, this national landmark historic district is now home to vibrant theaters, museums, galleries, shops and restaurants.
