View as pansion is situated almost on top of the hill. Also price..
Beds are creaky and not comfortable, room is not cosy (as someone probably expects from private pansion), breakfast is avarage, no lift to raise heavy bags (i think it matters for those over 50). Of course we should not think that this pansion would be something incredible as it costed 60 eur per room including breakfast but seems it would be better to add some 20-40 eur and enjoy our stay somewhere else.

Nothing fancy but the rooms were nice and clean. Our room had a more updated feel to it but my cousin's seemed a tad dated. The view from our room was stunning. The shower was small but there was plenty of hot water. It is a pension so you have to bring your own shampoo, soap, hair dryer, etc. Their breakfast was wonderful.

The staff at Pension Talblick was very friendly and the atmosphere unusually welcoming. Rooms were clean and spacious enough, providing everything necessary even if nothing extra. View from the hotel was even more corgeous than expected, and as there was only one other pair of guests beside us there, we had a large balcony all for ourselves, in the right direction of course. Overall, we would have liked to stay longer and definitely recommend this hotel to anyone interested in Schwarzwald.

Location location location .. exactly as advertised .. perfect. Delightful hosts, dedicated to improving the property and succeeding. Worth re-visiting in a few years time

“Fantastic hospitality by the owners. Friendly, helpful and with knowledge of the surroundings/area and "things to do". Great place with an awesome view to the valley. Delicious breakfast, (tip: maybe a little more variety after a few days). Highly recommended to family and friends. We will definitely come back!”
