Pros: Nice staff. Good food. Pretty location.
Cons: A lift. Credit cards not taken. This is really inconvenient when travelling.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The location of this hotel is really nice at a small pond. It is on walking distance from the park and has a nice terrace. The breakfast is good with a large selection of bread, cheese and homemade jams, fruit etc. Service is friendly and effective. There is a separate parking lot for guests, which is free of charge. When we arrived we got a free entrance to the thermen for all guests.
Cons: The rooms are ok altough a bit rustic. The bathrooms are really small but clean. The beds are rather hard, but for that everybody has their own preference. All in all the hotel is nice but a bit outdated.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: There are so many wonderful things about this property that I hope I mention them all! Easier to list: gorgeous location for easy walks/hikes with family (to include around the pond and park). Overlooks a large pond with ducks. Park nearby with gardens. Sits in the outskirts of town so it's not noisy but you can easily walk into the small town or to the many spas. Food was delicious and plenty was served! Our toddler was so loud and overly tired at night but the hostess was so nice and provided toys and boys to help entertain him! She even printed out an English menu for meals and an English guidebook. The rooms are large, roomy, clean and fresh, and welcoming. The bathrooms were large with all the amenities you would need for a few nights away from home. We will be visiting again!
Cons: Sad that we only planed to stay for two nights!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very relaxing atmosphere
Cons: Very friendly and help full owners Sabine & Bernard Pellio could not do enough for me. Lovely location, clean hotel, excellent food and coffee.

Pros: We had a two-room suite with a little balcony above a small mountain river. The rooms were bright and spacious. The breakfast was good, and the coffee was delicious. Everything was tidy and clean. The neighbourhood was peaceful and calm, and we had a good night sleep.
Cons: There was bedding and sheets for just the two of us though we had booked a room for three.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Breakfast and -staff was decent. The pool from the adjacent clinic was open to use. A parking voucher was issued to use preferred public parking across the street.
Cons: Carpet was not very clean; part of the room would have needed some dusting attention. Bathroom was fine. The breakfast room and lounge area was fine, but the room as such had little more charm than a hospital room....
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great Breakfast! The staff was wonderful. The bed was great and comfy. There is a nice swimming pool. Nice, easy and relaxing.
Cons: Nothing. It was all great.
7,5 Good
Pros: Good breakfast, big room, nice pool with warm water. Very nice village.
Cons: To access the pool we had to go through a coridor which was very cold. The room was big but not warm enough. I had the feeling that there were currents of air all over it. The hotel is more for old people who come for treatment. But it is good for families with children

Cons: There is no parking, dogs fees were not writen at all, but as we already were there it costed just tooooo much! Staff at reception, extra small rooms, and a heater was ON an hour before we came, so we were more than cold first (just) 24 hrs.
6,3 Good
Pros: Staff was friendly. Hotel looks classy from the outside. Location is good: close to baths.
Cons: This hotel is a little outdated in terms of furniture and hotchpotch style inside. Rooms are okay, but not well matched. Almost no staff in the hotel, kind of deserted feeling in the evenings.

Cons: At the reception desk only one person could speak English. And she was not at work all the time. The reservation was for a double size bed but, they have just provided two single ones.
