Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's breakfast, convenient location, and cleanliness, with several reviews highlighting friendly breakfast staff and well-kept rooms. However, service is a major concern, with many guests reporting unfriendly or unhelpful receptionists and limited staff presence. Amenities such as the bar, restaurant, and wellness facilities are often closed or unavailable, leading to disappointment. While some guests enjoyed spacious rooms and a quiet atmosphere, others found the hotel lacking in atmosphere and comfort. Overall, positive aspects are overshadowed by poor service and limited amenities.
