Cons: Pools could be a little bigger, but it’s not very important. Nothing more.
Pros: You have a beautiful view when you lie in bed and see the ocean and Belize!!The receptionist was fluent in english, we had no problems. The shower and the air con were super nice! The price was good! No breakfast on Sunday.
Cons: Only luxury problems like no fridge, etc. It's not really a 4* hotel but a phenomenal 3* hotel! It's clean and nice!
Pros: View from room Location Staff
Cons: Almost everywhere was dirty, bed sheets, towels... The room was very noisy due to traffic and also other guests. All the hotel facilities are very old.

Cons: We had an early 7am start and were late because there was no water for over an hour. Room is clean, but furniture is worn .
Cons: The bathroom was not cleaned to my expectation. the toilet had a brown color inside i assumed from the water however if cleaned everyday would not look that way. The shower area all the tiles were chipped and broken and needs to be changed. The curtain had mold stains. The curtain for the balcony has mold on it. The tv was not even an led tv.

Pros: Free bikes to rent Nice location close to a night market
Cons: Smelly old rooms with windows to the indoor pool Could only check in at 4:30pm
Pros: Clean, modern decor, nice pool, and the location was nice.
Cons: My bed sheet had a hole in it. And we didn't have a place to hang our towels.
Pros: Check in was speedy and accommodating and staff very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean but small and tastefully decorated. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked well and shower was hot and had good pressure. We were there for only one night so we did not use the pool but the area and pool were clean. The location was convenient for our purpose of catching the ferry to San Pedro and shopping for food for Belize. It is close to the waterfront square, right out the back of the parking area. This was great for dinner with various vendors. Parking was indoors and safe. I also had to visit the pharmacy after dark. I was and felt safe walking the 3-4 blocks alone as my husband was in the room with a fever.
Cons: Nothing. All my expectations were surpassed. Beware of locals surrounding you at the ferry dock with the impression of being helpful. I had $900 stolen from my purse.
Pros: Clean, modern, well functioning facilities. Good shower. Good location.
Pros: We stayed one night before catching a ferry. The hotel is clean, rooms are modern and clean. Short walk to the terminal for ferry to Belize. Staff were very professional. We didn’t use the pool but it looked fine.
Cons: Rooms face inward to an atrium where the pool is. There is a large frosted glass panel to the interior and no exterior windows, so there is no natural light in the room and it feels quite stuffy quite quickly. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and the shower was only tepid.
Pros: It’s location - great for the port Plus it’s clean and safe - so does the job if you’re just passing through
Cons: THE POOL! It’s pictured like It’s outdoor but it’s indoor... which wasn’t what we wanted at all! Plus the rooms are clean but really noisy. The man on reception was really helpful but the other staff that we met were very disengaged I
Pros: Just location and friendly crew
Cons: The room was soooo basic, it smell like humidity specially when u turn on the aircon. So.e of the furniture was very old. It doesnt have elevator and it is an expensive room for what it offers
Pros: Near the Bahía and modern facility.
Cons: No windows in any rooms except to center courtyard.
Pros: Location was good and we got to have our dog with us
Cons: The bar did not have margaritas and the food was terrible

Cons: GUEST COULDNT TAKE FOOD AND DRINKS AROUND THE POOL TO RELAX.
Cons: The hotel seems to be a converted warehouse so the dividing walls are basically cardboard. Maintenance is zero. We stayed in a suite so there was plenty of room but hardly any furniture and no refrigerator or coffee maker.
Pros: Have glasses in the room
Pros: The 24 hour store!!!!
Pros: - the size of the room. - comfortable beds - a lot of good tv channels - the location - nice pool/food - really friend and helpful staff
Cons: - a certain drink on the menu was not available - small number of choices of food/drink - AC is too small, does not cool the entire room properly. A fan would be awesome - A mini-fridge would be a good idea
Pros: Front desk crew was friendly and helpful
Cons: Continental breakfast is not just a cup of coffee and a stale muffin. 2 slices of toast for just $2.50 USD. Restaurant was over priced and not in line with the value if the hotel. People don't talk about the pool or the soft bed when the restaurant experience leaves them feeling they have been overchaged. This is what they remember and tell thier friends.

Pros: Spacious clean and security
Pros: The pool. The bathroom was huge.
Cons: The beds were small, no table or chairs in room. Stayed at cheaper hotels in Chetumal that offered more as it relates to amenities. No fridge, coffee maker etc.
Pros: Breakfast was delicious , lots of food for little money .
Cons: The Beds are not true queen size. The feel like double and the mattress are hard . with a large king size headboard.
Pros: I liked that most of the staff speak English and Spanish. Hotel security is great because I was allowed to park my vehicle inside the compound. Since my room was downstairs, I could have parked near to my assigned room. When driving out and in of the compound, the Front Desk Clerk operates the ellectronic gate by a push of button. I especially like that. I felt like was at home. A big thank you to all the staff I came in contact with at Hotel Hacienda Campestre and Restaurant.
Cons: I didn't like that the opening hours for the pool and slide is weekend only. False advertisements on the hotel's. I arrived at HHCR one hour before the pool with slides closed. I will have to come back on a weekend to enjoy the all the amenities.
Pros: Great hotel
Cons: Internet a bit slow

Pros: I like everything about the hotel. I will glad to go back again pretty soon.
Cons: According to the front desk i didn't book my room. It's charge in my credit card! What kind of service is this now i have to pay my card and I had to pay to the front desk cash on that day.
Pros: Pillows were awesome.
Cons: The room could use a little bit more comfortable furniture, like chairs.
Pros: The hotel is located near the old market so that was very convenient. The room was quite comfortable and the hot shower was a nice availability especially since the weather was cold when we booked the room. Our room had enough space (we booked for triple occupants) for all of us, the availability of the TV and the A.C.unit made our stay quite comfortable. The staff members were also nice which made us felt welcomed.
Cons: The room lacked a few basic necessities however, and that was somewhat disappointing. To begin with we booked the room for three occupants but there was only two towels available in the room. Additionally there were no hand towels nor bathroom rugs and not to mention there was only two bars of mini soap which was barely sufficient for all three of us. It seemed that it would have been sufficient for two occupants only but the room was catered to hold 4 occupants.
Cons: My cc was charge for a room I did not get. Had to pay again over the counter.
Pros: Predatory to foreign currency
Cons: Predatory to foreign currency and we believe that we were robbed on the exchange, when compared to market value.
Pros: Nothing. Bad experience. Room smelt terrible. and we were being rushed out of our hotel and we are a genius memeber on booking which allowed us an entire hour more. And the staff refused.
Cons: I did not like anything. Will never stay there again.
