2/5Stars — Terrible morning logistics and rude staff, but saved by an excellent return agent.The sign on the door says they open at 8:00 AM, but I arrived at 8:50 AM to find multiple customers locked outside. No cars were available because they were still shuttling them from the airport, and I didn't get my keys until 9:30 AM. To make matters worse, the female morning agent was extremely rude and defensive, arguing that the customer needs to be "understanding" of their internal failures.The only reason this isn't a 1-star review is because of the gentleman who handled my return. He was incredibly nice, professional, and efficient. Corporate needs to retrain the morning shift, but the return agent deserves praise for turning the experience around.Reviewed Sept 1 2026
