Ridiculous opening times! Useless for business use (lunch break 12-14, morning opening at 9:00 , NO possibility to drop off car before agency opens. No possibility to drop off car at Octeville airport, not even for a fee. It seems that customer service is completely alien concept. Staff friendly enough but don’t really care.Reviewed Nov 30 2023

Cost???Pros:The rental agency was right across from the train station. The car was ready and the agent was readily available. The car ran great! We had a close connection with our next train and the agent got our car where it needed to go.Cons:We added gas and GPS to our bill which doubled our cost. My Google Maps did a better job than GPS.
