Didn’t have car when I came to pick it up. Had to wait an hour. When I dropped it off, they billing didn’t align and I was told $20 more than when I picked up the car. They said they’d rectify it but I still don’t have my deposit back to confirm how much I was charged.Reviewed Jun 23 2025

Avoid this place! Basically a criminal gang stealing money from your credit card. Bunch of bullies and liars. And it's not a one off mistake, they doing it deliberately. Just check the reviews, I wish I have done it before I went there. For a $34 car rental, they took $980 from my card. In Europe, Avis is a respected company but in the USA its nothing but organised crime.Reviewed Sept 24 2023
