We chose a suite so we could spread out with our preschooler. It was very spacious with nice amenities. Room was refreshed between nights. Check in was easy and informative. Breakfast was a nice, typical hotel spread. The pool is nice and seems very clean.
It would be nice if the breakfast went later on weekdays (it shuts down at 9), but I understand why it doesn’t. I just like to sleep in.
Breakfast was not allowed to be taken upstairs, my partner was sick and had to go without. Walls were thin, could hear folks next to us.
Hot breakfast. Great value for short stay.
Older facility. Old tub.
At first the ladies at the front desk were nice
Mostly I did not like the bedbugs and crusty bodily fluids on the bed. But also I was disappointed that the nice ladies at the front desk lied about me showing them the photos in my phone, lied about them going to the room to confirm those things, and lied about telling me they would have to send maintenance to the room when hotels.com inquired about the situation after I told them I couldn’t sleep in a room with bedbugs.
The beds were comfortable and clean & the bathroom & shower were clean as well...It was okay, I was comfortable & felt safe.
They are in the process of remodeling so it is being updated and looking better. Room had a tub. Although we didn't get to eat breakfast (visiting our son) it smelled wonderful. Ice and Vending machines on each floor.
Beds are way too soft for me. Towels are thin and small. Refrigerator didn't cool.
Great room in aAustin for the money.
Efficient staff, respectful guests, clean rooms.
Worst place I've ever stayed.
When we drove up it did not look as nice as the pictures on the website. When we walked into the room is was smelly and musty. I saw a little roach in the bathroom at one point. If you just need somewhere to stay without luxury this is the spot.
best value hotel
Has everything you need in a value hotel plus a way better then average free breakfast , well managed, staff is very acomidable.
If you're picky about a hotel being brand new and modern then you will not be satisfied.
Everything food was great, room was clean and perfect. Very much personal no interruptions or drama of any kind. Every person was too there self but yet polite.
My only problem was the smell with such a great place and great service and amenities it smells like a motel. I recommend some oil burner air plug threw out the place. Maybe wipe the walls down with some Fabulous. It just needs a better scent. Other then that no problems. It was a great honeymoon.
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean
The bathroom could have been cleaner
