Cons (-) Although I had reservations, when I arrived for my checkout time, and the desk clerk asked me which floor I would like to stay on...they didn't have any rooms readily available on that floor. So I had to wait...so I told her that I would stay on the 5th floor which was a $30 more charge...they decided to charge me with only $15 instead of the $30.
