Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. While some appreciated the clean rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff, many were disappointed by poor service, long check-in times, and issues with billing. Several guests were frustrated by the closure of amenities, especially the pool and jacuzzi, often due to ongoing renovations that were not always disclosed in advance. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, though a few guests noted lapses. The location and renovated rooms received some praise, but negative sentiments about service and unavailable amenities were prominent.
