Pros: To tell the truth, i did like just the location, very close to the beach

Cons: I found a bedbug in the bed, the room smell was bad, the tv channel was like 20 local channel.!! ☹️

Pros: It was right next door to the casino

Pros: the beds were nice. The inside of the rooms were nice looking. It was close to tropicana and the boardwalk!

Cons: Upon arrival, we asked how many cars we would be able to park. They only allowed us one (the site didn't mention this). We asked if we could pay for more spots and were told no. One night we called the front desk to ask the manager if we would be able to pay for extra parking for 1 car. The manager said yes and told us $10. My friend went to the front desk to pay. When she got there he immediately changed his answer and told her she could not park. She called me down hoping since the room was in my name, I would be able to pay for the car. When I got down there I asked if I would be able to purchase the extra spot. The guy rudely said I could but not my friend. I said ok. I asked why there was an issue with my friend getting it and he said "only for you. not her." I agreed and said ok. My friend simply asked the man if the phone lines were recorded because she was very polite on the phone and did not understand the change in attitude. The man then began to raise his voice and yell at us telling us to leave and that we could not have it. I politely tried to resolve the issue and ask what the issue was since I was the one purchasing it and the room was in my name. He told us to leave and that we could not have the spot. I told him I was very displeased with the service and that I would be writing a review and he told me he did not care. That my opinion did not matter The whole time we were there, there were less than 5 cars. The rooms were nice but the balconies were dirty and crooked. Dirty towels too!

Pros: Location

Cons: terrible service, parking, unclean room, wifi did not work and the tv barely worked, no dresser, falling apart and unclean towels and sheets, no safe in the room and the area, population, and staff are sketchy. Was fine for two days but if you plan on staying longer, go somewhere else. Location is the only positive comment I can leave.

Pros: That it was cheap

Pros: Loved that the hotel is a block from the beach and across from Tropicana

Cons: Very basic. Definitely worth it if the purpose of the stay is to explore the surroundings. It will not give you a hotel experience

Pros: Front desk staff very friendly and help full. Small complex. The location of El Dorado is great is very close to boardwalk but I wouldn't recommended to a friend.

Cons: I didn't like carpet it seem super dirty. The whole complex in and out needs a remodel soon. We over paid that's for sure.

Cons: Sand was still in the beds and all over the floor. There was no rugs mat or brooms to get it up. Also sheets were not changed.

Pros: Decent for a surfer or beach goer, children commensurate with their lifestyle, but isnt wildwood but similar appearance, adult hotel but can accommodate younsters for a day nomore, gambler friendly, staff is atune and likable, police station close and no phones, property crime is high and stick to casino if weak stomach...

Pros: The only thing that I did like was it was one block from the beach

Cons: Dirty dirty rice food tons n tons of dust under the air conditioner around behind under table dresser next to fridge I had to use my own brand new towels to clean the bathroom floor wipe everything down I dropped a mat behind the dresser add to port forward found a baggie with what I believed was bad illegal smell like what many smoke behind it flushed that down the toilet immediately. two of the dresser drawers which we were not planning on using any of them anyway we're screwed shut I had my 10 year old granddaughter that lives with me along with me along with her grandfather the bathroom door did not close properly and the room being very tiny has two prompt the door shut when he went in there try to stay out of the room as much as possible stayed one night instead of the two my back was so sore as the bed was completely sunken in the middle of both of them just not clean nothing like any other hotels I have ever ever stayed in... tons of parking right outside of our door however I had to pay $10 to park a block away didn't and could not see my vehicle not familiar with the area was worried about my vehicle through the night I never had to park off of premises of a hotel before

Cons: Everything old and it smell like someone died in my room ask can we switch our room staff say no! it booked, but no one was there that night they could have gave us another room and clean that room up very disappointed for my stay price was high just for a night 180 I seen better for the the price smh never again
