Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to Truist Park and local attractions. Many found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and accommodating, with several long-term guests expressing satisfaction with the service. The hotel is considered a good value for the price, particularly for budget-conscious travelers. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with numerous reports of dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and maintenance issues. The pool was frequently mentioned as being closed or non-functional, which disappointed some guests. Overall, while the location and staff were highlights, improvements in cleanliness and amenities are needed.
