Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, and some enjoyed spacious rooms with beautiful views. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, outdated facilities, poor location far from city centers, and inconsistent value for the price. While a few guests found the hotel comfortable and appreciated the service, others were disappointed by maintenance problems, lack of amenities, and misleading photos. Overall, the positive experiences were mainly due to the staff and some room features, but there were notable drawbacks in cleanliness and location.
