9,6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel and the staff are wonderful. the setting and the food are magnificent.
Cons: The hotel is inn a tiny village called villa. You really need a car to get around and see the local sights
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was just wonderful, helpful and friendly. They seem to enjoy working there, management is greatly involved and it really makes the stay feel different. The restaurant set menu wasn't cheap but the food was excellent and they also have a great wine list. The possibility to buy local wines at local prices is also amazing when you don't stay long enough to buy directly from the wineries. The hotel is located on top of a hill with the beautiful Piedmont landscape. The old village where the hotel is located is pretty but very quiet as all shops are in the new town down the hill (you need a car).
Cons: The swimming pool is relatively small and adjacent to the restaurant terrace so it gets easily packed.
5,0 Okay

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Perfect stop to enjoy local wines and excellent location, views in a pretty calm village
Cons: Beds were ok but could improve to match the standards of the hotel
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We liked everything about the hotel. Style, location, staff and food. Also the staff found out it was my wife's birthday and did a candle and sang.

Overview Reviews

7,1 Good
Pros: The breakfast was delicious and the place itself was well kept and lovely. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We did cut our stay short (due to the negatives detailed below) and they were understanding of this.
Cons: There were LOTS of flies. part and parcel of being a horse farm I suppose but it did mean that eating a meal in our room proved impossible without keeping all the windows and doors closed, during a hot summers day. The town was very quiet and not quaint as per the other regions we stayed at in Italy. It was different to what we expected. I would not return to this area.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful hosts.
7,9 Good
Pros: It is a great place for horse lovers and wonderful view from the location with fresh air , as well very clean the swimming pool .
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the quiet location and the very warm welcome from the staff. They were very flexible about our arrival time and we enjoyed a wonderful dinner. Lovely room, spacious for our family (2 adults , 2 big teenagers, 2 pets). Comfortable beds with crisp cotton sheets, perfect after a long day on the road.. We really hope we can visit again for a longer stay as this was an overnight stop.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: We stayed there with our two daughters (10 months and 2 years) and felt very welcome. Sylvana, Mirko, Fausto & Anna were wonderful hosts. We enjoyed their cooking every day and even had the luck to buy a few bottles of Fausto's first wine vintage, delicious! The pool is nice, the room was spacious and clean. Would love to return.
6,3 Good
Cons: We chose the hotel as they had horses on site. The riding tours could be better arranged, however.
7,6 Good
Pros: The view, the room (spacious doesn´t begin to cover it), the food, the wine selection, the horses.
Cons: It would have been nice to have an idea of the cost of dinner beforehand (it ran us 140 - 165 euros each night, with wines). The staff does not speak English to any great degree - on the other hand, it´s Italy not the US so maybe I should have learned more Italian.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: We had a lovely stay. The room was very cosy, protected by the sunlight, and with comfortable beds. Location is central. One of the best breakfasts we had in an Italian hotel, with plenty of bio/vegan options as well as products typical of the area
7,5 Good
Pros: which is convenient but under renevation of outside wall, not convenient
Cons: under renovation of outside wall
9,2 Excellent
Pros: ALERAMO Hotel is centrally located. Rooms are spacy and bathrooms are large enough. Breakfast Buffet is nice and good. People are friendly.
Cons: Some things would now require improvements. The pillows are flat and hard. They had been washed / dry cleaned by now at least several thousand times. They are uncomfortable and way below the rating of the hotel. Also, we are in the 21st Century and it is a high time to change hair dryers to a normal, properly air-blowing devices. I guess the management had not stayed in the rooms of their hotel for a long time. It should be mandatory to sleep in your hotel at least twice a year, so you would appreciate my remarks (and certainly will have many more of your own). Those are some minor things, but vey disturbing for us, the guests.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful staff (frankly speaking, we met only one guy who was a receptionist, ran breakfast room and the bar, managed underground parking, and solved small questions). Property is really clean including the lobby and outdoor space. Close to the city center. Underground garage is really italic: maneuvering in a tight space is a great challenge.
4,2 Okay
Pros: Location is central within Asti. Staff were nice.
Cons: Furniture is spray painted. Bed is uncomfortable, could feel the springs. Air conditioner barely worked.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The Staff - so lovely and helpful
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and pleasant room, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the usual continental fare . We were there on market day. It is a huge market just outside the hotel and spread to other parts of the town. In the evening it became vibrant with many stalls and food outlets, but a tad too crowded for me.
Cons: Very difficult to get to and I would have expected a mini bar in a 4 star hotel
9,2 Excellent
Cons: The pillows were like rocks.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: A very nice Hotel in an excellent location. Very comfy! Great price-value ratio.

Cons: The location is more peri-urban than rural.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The room was quiet and comfortable, which was important for our stop in the middle of a long car journey, in spite of being a few minutes drive off the autostrada. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on Friday (Monday to Thursday only), but there are good restaurants in the village. Friendly reception on arrival. Secure parking overnight.
Cons: A shame that the restaurant isn't open on Friday night. I stayed here once before and the meal we had there was very good.

5,4 Okay
Pros: The ladies at the desk were very welcoming and kind.
Cons: The internet did not work and that was a real problem. The room was very expensive. I paid extra for a larger room, but it was small nonetheless. The management turned off the air-conditioning early. When we came up after breakfast, the temperature in the room was hot.
