Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the convenient location for travel, especially for those heading to the Chunnel or Europe. Many appreciated the clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms, with several noting recent refurbishments. Breakfast and dining experiences were often positive, though some guests found the restaurant food lacking or unoriginal. Negative feedback focused on noise issues from events or external sources, occasional maintenance problems (such as water supply or TV signal), and concerns about value for price. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, particularly regarding service and location.
