The service, especially from staff members like Sophie, was frequently highlighted as friendly and helpful, even when the hotel was understaffed. Many guests appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms, as well as the tasteful furnishings. However, several reviews noted significant issues with breakfast quality and availability, with some guests disappointed by limited or poorly prepared options. Despite some negative experiences with food and minor complaints about dated decor or maintenance, the overall impression was positive due to the excellent location, service, and comfortable accommodations.
