Pros: Nice room

Pros: This facility was clean. There were electrical outlets and ports everywhere! It was the first time on our trip that we weren't scrambling for places to plug our devices in. The water was soft and the temperature hot. The updates they did are outstanding. The hotel is owned by a very nice and hard working couple. Although this isn't a 5 star resort, it is a fantastic value for the price we paid!

Cons: Breakfast was minimal, but adequate. The hotel is right along the freeway, but the noise was well buffered and made for a good background sleeping sound with the large sliding door closed.

Pros: The rooms must have been upgraded lately because it was much nicer than the other reviews had me expecting. Granite-like counter tops in the bathroom and shower, big bolster on the bed and memory foam pillows. I was very comfortable and happy.

Pros: We didn't expect much with a two star rating. We were surprised to find that everything is new and clean. No funky smell at all. The bathroom is granite so no sticky plastic tub, it's clean and many steps above most motels. Highly recommended.

Cons: First, the phone number on the confirmation/website was incorrect. Even when we called information, they didn't have a number for it. No security lock on door.... remote to the t.v. was held together with paper and rubber band, Shower dripped all night and don't even try the juice at breakfast..... orange water... horrible... I will never stay there again nor will I recommend to our clients in the area. Would like a refund, but that will never happen.

Pros: Good location, easy to find, easy on and off freeways. Family resturant withing one block.

Cons: Continintal breakfast was very limited. No coffee pot in room but avertised. Bath tub faucet ran all night, ended up using a screw driver to turn tub on and off.

Pros: I like the cleanliness the view and location the fact that there was a microwave and refrigerator and coffee coffee in the reception area I thought the room was nicely furnished

Cons: I did not like the two soft bad it needed a new bed seriously. I think there should have been at least a sweet wrong with the coffee would have been nice. Other than that it was a very nice room however the toilet was too small for a male adult to sit on The inside of the double pane window was dirty and foggy. And the lock on the window need to be more secure.

Pros: it was clean and available for the three rooms we needed. location was good. everything was in working order.

Cons: the price for the days was too high for the facility. no morning snack available. no blow dryer. towels were very small and rough.

Pros: I begged for a downstairs room (I have an elderly dog) and the FD agent was able to get me the last one! He was nice and talkative. I had a good rate, and it was only 2.5 miles from the wedding location, so it was cheap and convenient for us. The carpet wasn't as dirty as some of the reviews made it out to be.

Cons: The body towels were so small they were barely long enough to wrap around my boyfriend's waist. And I had to walk to the front desk to pick up the extra towels and the pillows in the middle of the night--which wasn't too inconvenient, but I thought that was weird considering the circumstances. Which reminds me, the bed only had 2 pillows on it, and the beds were literally air mattresses. However, it could have been worse. Also, someone knocked on our door early in the morning and woke us up (but I think that was another hotel patron). Lastly, they only had water, ibuprofen, and toothbrushes available for purchase in a vending machine. No complimentary anything available for guests. It's the little things that would improve the place.

Pros: I thought this motel was clean and well taken care of. It was by no means a luxury hotel but had all the basics. When I asked to be moved to the second floor they accommodated me.

Cons: I wish there was a bit more security... all the windows face the outside, and there is no one monitoring the place besides one person at the front desk.

Pros: I have stayed here several times and the rates are always very good value for what you get. The hotel is clean and quiet. There's easy access to the freeway. Eating options are nearby. The staff is attentive.

Cons: At these rates there is little to complain about.

Pros: Location was nice. Pretty quiet hotel.

Cons: The wifi isn't free, the description of the hotel said there was free HBO but there isn't. The staff said there wasn't any downstairs available but there were hardly any cars in the lots. Towels had hair wrapped up in them. The refrigerator was dirty, rusty, and didn't even work. Beds were pretty uncomfortable.

Pros: Nothing except maybe the location.

Cons: Everything.

Pros: Bed was pretty stiff. Much like a slab of granite. Also floor was stained, made me wear flip flops inside

Cons: The online images are not of the actual hotel. Misleading

Cons: Room had a musty odor, tv channels very very limited, no free wifi

Cons: Why are there smoking rooms still available? Disgusting! We originally had one booked; I was not aware they still existed.
