Inadequate staffing at reception desk for both check in and checkout; very slow service too. Breakfast in Amuse restaurant was a la carte and food was so-so. No reason to return to this hotel.

Cons (-) Just some odd, quirky technical things. Both computers in the business center didn’t work. And the TV’s in our room would not have audio on select channels.

Cons (-) Service was so so at restaurant Nice guy who was trying but he was just not trained well enough. Reaching over us and forcefully putting plates down etc..
