Nothing to not like - its expensive but your in Switzerland is expected
Very close to the ski facility, excellent restaurant and spa
The new spa was top notch and definitely wort a visit. We had it all to ourselves which made it even better. It does max out at around 6-8 people in my opinion. The location in the middle of the city is great. Restaurants and cable car for the skiarea are within walking distance and there's ample parking in the village for 5 CHF / night. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise with a great pizza oven and it had a great beer and wine selection!
The bathroom was huge, but the size wasn't really utilized to add anything practical, just a large empty wall - to be honest, it was space wasted that could have been better used for the rather small room. This applies to room 216. That said - we have no complaints about the room in general, just found it an awkward setup. The same kind of applied to ski-room which was massive, but one big wall was again empty and the ski lockers rather smallish. If the empty wall had been used for boot warmers, there'd been plenty of space in the skilocker.
Good breakfast and great view. Convenient location and nice spa. Excellent and friendly staff in the restaurant. We had a great new years eve meal there.
We were not warned that on new years eve the village disco was immediately under our room, comprised of non stop house music and didnt finish until 6am. When we pointed out the next morning this wasnt great for our first night we were blanked. It wasnt appreciated. So avoid room 204 on new years eve at all costs!!! The rooms are sweet but a little tired. The restaurant outside of new year was expensive and the food variable.
Spa in the hotel. Ski room.
The attitude of the staff giving the impression of indifference towards quests ( lack of amiability unfriendly cleaning staff, quiet rude). Deceiving breakfast.
