Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, making it easy to access downtown, restaurants, and local attractions. The atmosphere and design of the hotel were also highlighted as elegant and charming by several reviewers. However, there were mixed experiences with service, with some guests noting friendly staff while others reported issues such as unfulfilled requests or inattentiveness. Breakfast received neutral feedback, with some finding it decent but others mentioning organizational or value concerns. Parking was frequently mentioned as expensive or limited to valet, which was a negative for many guests. Overall, the positives centered on location and ambiance, while service and parking stood out as areas for improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews

The restaurant was poorly staffed at both dinner and breakfast. Our food took a long time and they brought the wrong items. I expected a lot more from a hotel costing $400 a night.
Pros (+) Customer service
Cons (-) N/A
Pros (+) Room was compact but well appointed. Pillows are bizarre- one super soft and one super hard.
Cons (-) Noise from next door room very evident. Restaurant overwhelmed for breakfast.
Pros (+) Yeah you'll get a much cheaper price, but the room you get isn't any better than what you'll find at a cheaper hotel overall. If you're okay with spending lots of money, go for it. If not, find something cheaper
