Cons (-) I tried to cancel the room for my elderly parents due to my Dad being ill and not able to travel. I was not refunded or even given a voucher for a future stay.

Cons (-) The room was well outdated, the layout was cramped, and the walls were paper thin that you could hear everything through the night...not the best for a good night sleep
