Pros (+) Location was excellent. Rooms were huge. Price for a Saturday in the summer was fair compared to surrounding hotels.
Cons (-) It just seemed kind of old. There weren't many amenities. The rooms had kitchenettes but they were bare. You had to go to the front desk to get any type of kitchen utensil. The rooms were huge, but a lot of it was empty space. Check out time was 11 instead of the usual 12 of hotels.
