Pros: Staff is a ten. Room are a 9. Beds are an 11. Experience can't be compared. The only place to stay in Angeles if you can afford the premium price. Not a budget place but you get real value at ABC. Room service 24/7 with a smile. Clearly management know what they are doing. The staff training shows!

Pros: Very clean, spacious bathroom and comfortable bed. Deep pile carpet, velvet like shading and wall decorations. Has an ATM in the lobby and can arrange travel accommodations to other places as needed.

Pros: I've been in a lot of hotels but this one was really good. Maybe it's because I've never been in a boutique hotel but for me this one was just very hip and cool with an awesome rooftop bar with pool. Shot of tequila at checkin was awesome

Pros: The overall experience was awesome. From the time I stepped into check in to check out. I couldn't really find any fault in staying at this hotel. I will definitely come back again and I will also be telling my friends of this hotel. The room was fantastic, the ambiance was great, bathroom was spacious and made me feel very comfortable. Having a huge safe was definitely a plus. The bed was soft to the point you just dont want to get up. If you pass up this hotel for another one in Angeles City than you are doing yourself an injustice. Just book and stay there. You wont be disappointed. My first words when I walked into my room was, WOW !!

Cons: Room are getting a bit dated and mine could have used a few upgrades. But still best in town. Being critical here. Pool bar is a weird vibe. People there could be a bit friendlier.

Cons: Location with respect to the Walking Street is a bit further than other hotels which are behind that street. Central Park Tower is a good alternative.

Cons: Stayed for 2 nights. After the first night, my body was covered in bug bites and I was scratching all over. I complained to the front desk and was transferred to another room. The hotel staff told me they were probably mosquito bites which doesn’t make sense to me. If there had been a couple of mosquitos in the room, I would not have been bitten from head to toes and the bites would not be so red and itchy.

Cons: The facade of the hotel & the basic rooms we had booked are horrendous, so we paid (70% more) for an upgrade. Pool good but needs refurbishment & better cleaning. Would really not recommend for families due to proximity to certain ‘fun bars’.

The pool is also good.
Cons: Occasionally the restaurant staff were not really helpful especially when my girlfriend asked for something, but it was only couple of staff members in general they were okay.

From the Front Desk to the waitresses, cooks, house keeping, maintenance and grounds keepers - they were all friendly and super polite. They were always smiling and addressing me as "Mr." Secondly is how well the grounds are maintained. Everything was trimmed and well kept, which I feel shows detail in the management of the resort.
The room was comfortable and the small A/C unit performed extremely well.

Cons: They told us they will not extend our stay after 2 nights on checking in, knowing we were in lockdown because of corona virus and stuck in for 1 month. Flights were canceled while we were on the plan to come to clark and they knew. Lady at check in laught at us when I ask her where can we stay. Not recommend this very small room red planet :(
