Pros: Staff is a ten. Room are a 9. Beds are an 11. Experience can't be compared. The only place to stay in Angeles if you can afford the premium price. Not a budget place but you get real value at ABC. Room service 24/7 with a smile. Clearly management know what they are doing. The staff training shows!

Pros: Very clean, spacious bathroom and comfortable bed. Deep pile carpet, velvet like shading and wall decorations. Has an ATM in the lobby and can arrange travel accommodations to other places as needed.

Pros: I've been in a lot of hotels but this one was really good. Maybe it's because I've never been in a boutique hotel but for me this one was just very hip and cool with an awesome rooftop bar with pool. Shot of tequila at checkin was awesome

Pros: The overall experience was awesome. From the time I stepped into check in to check out. I couldn't really find any fault in staying at this hotel. I will definitely come back again and I will also be telling my friends of this hotel. The room was fantastic, the ambiance was great, bathroom was spacious and made me feel very comfortable. Having a huge safe was definitely a plus. The bed was soft to the point you just dont want to get up. If you pass up this hotel for another one in Angeles City than you are doing yourself an injustice. Just book and stay there. You wont be disappointed. My first words when I walked into my room was, WOW !!

Cons: Room are getting a bit dated and mine could have used a few upgrades. But still best in town. Being critical here. Pool bar is a weird vibe. People there could be a bit friendlier.

Cons: Location with respect to the Walking Street is a bit further than other hotels which are behind that street. Central Park Tower is a good alternative.

Pros: There are really two things that to me stood out for the Wild Orchid Resort. First is its staff. From the Front Desk to the waitresses, cooks, house keeping, maintenance and grounds keepers - they were all friendly and super polite. They were always smiling and addressing me as "Mr." Secondly is how well the grounds are maintained. Everything was trimmed and well kept, which I feel shows detail in the management of the resort.
The room was comfortable and the small A/C unit performed extremely well.

Cons: Unfortunately the check out process is a bit slow and they left off a breakfast charge in my final payment which means they tracked me down while at the airport and wanted me to return (for about $10!) Luckily I had paid my bill on my card so they were able to use that.

Cons: The bathroom stayed flooded after taking a shower and the wall between the bathroom and bedroom was glass, really didn’t need to see what was going on in the bathroom. The hotel mostly seems to cater to old foreigners that are there for the young bar girls, since there are mostly bars around the hotel.
