Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, cleanliness, and comfortable beds. Many found the rooms well-equipped and appreciated the helpful staff in some cases. However, there are repeated complaints about poor customer service, lack of room cleaning, and safety concerns, especially regarding parking lot security. Noise and maintenance issues, such as malfunctioning air conditioning and heating, were also mentioned. Overall, the positives center on location, cleanliness, and bed comfort, while service and safety are notable negatives.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The location was convenient to our event.
Cons (-) Vending area felt slightly sketchy. It felt like a transitional hotel. It’s either on the verge of something better or of going off the rails to someplace I wouldn’t want to stay again. Missed not having a pool.
Pros (+) Clean & modern. Staff cheerful & helpful. Good value for room. Rooms were large footprint.
Cons (-) Lobby coffee was lukewarm in the morning. Parking was tight for a large pickup truck.
Cons (-) I
Pros (+) Liked the room, the towels, over all comfort of the room
Cons (-) Wished it had a breakfast...
Pros (+) Big rooms and clean , curteous staff
Cons (-) N/A
Pros (+) The rooms are large and the parking is free. The price is slightly less than comparable hotels in Anchorage.
Cons (-) I don't think there is a shuttle. The front desk is not there all night. Like all suite hotels, housekeeping isn't daily.
