Cons (-) This place is dirty. There are cockroaches. I couldn’t sleep worrying that they’d get on my or my belongings. Ruined our Disney trip because we were so tired the next day from being up all night worried about the bugs. I stay at many budget hotels and this one is just BAD.

Cons (-) Cigarette burns in the sheets, Near load roadways. Dirty Halls and Stairwells.

Pros (+) The beds were comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The modern look to the room felt homey.
Cons (-) There’s no microwave or mini fridge. I feel like with the price you pay, those should be added. Also found a fair amount of dust around the room.

Pros (+) The location is amazing. Within walking distance of Disneyland. Cheap rates and pets are free. Plus no parking fee.
Cons (-) The beds are uncomfortable. The bed frame is other than the size mattress used which leads to exposed metal frame and hurt legs. My children were constantly banging into the exposed metal frames of the beds. Lack of customer service by staff. Rooms are repressively hot due to poor performing AC units. Lack of donot disturb signs was a problem for me. I do not like staff in my room during my stay. ...

Pros (+) Close to Disneyland and offers a shuttle for small fee. Staff was friendly. Easy parking. Close to highway when leaving.
Cons (-) Very Dirty Rooms (hair, crumbs, dust). Bugs (switched rooms due to cockroaches). Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Although most affordable option, I would spend the money to stay elsewhere.

Pros (+) Great and we'll definitely be back. Clean, easy, close to Disney. Stayed 2 nights. Had everything we needed for an easy Disney trip.

Pros (+) The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of Disneyland. It's also very close many dining options. The area felt safe and I was not concerned about sketchy people while walking around.
Cons (-) Our room was supposedly a non-smoking room. Not sure if they put the sticker on right before we arrived, but the room wreaked of cigarette smoke and the bedding had multiple cigarette burns. The room even came with an ashtray. Additionally, this was the first hotel I have ever stayed in that didn't have an iron.

Pros (+) Walking distance to both Anaheim Convention Center and also Disney Land. Hotel is a stop on ART, so it is easy to travel to local attractions and shopping. There is also a pool and sauna. Good Value for a moderate price.
Cons (-) The room did not offer a blow dryer or hair conditioner.

Cons (-) Wireless was down in my area (paid for). Bugs in the room. Water was cloudy. No ironing board.
