Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Disneyland, making it convenient for park visits. Many also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the overall cleanliness of the rooms. However, a significant number of reviews mentioned ongoing construction and renovation, leading to high noise levels and some inconvenience during their stay. Parking was generally seen as positive, though some noted it was valet only or came with an extra charge. Despite the disruptions, most guests found the hotel met their needs and provided a good base for their trips.

Pros (+) Location was convenient for our trip.
Cons (-) The bathroom was deplorable and backed up on us 3 times. Our last night there we had no toilet. The dead bolt on the lock was sticking on the door. The coffee maker was broken and the staff had to replace it.

Pros (+) The inn staff were beyond nice and helpful. They were ready to help as soon as you entered he inn.
Cons (-) The room we had was not nice (it was cleaned) and the door did not close perfectly, so there was a constant noise throughout the day and night (ringing like). The bed was stiff and pillows were not comfortable.

Pros (+) Good option for families wanting to stay together in suites. Cost for suite was reasonable. Nice, clean suites and comfortable bedding. Great, warm complimentary breakfast daily. Two FREE parking spots included!!
Cons (-) Location from entrance of Disney. Quite a walk especially if you're already tired from walking the park all day long with children. But the ART bus drops you off and picks you up within the property if you're willing to pay for tickets.
